How will my deal card(s) be delivered?

Deal cards will be sent through the United States Postal Service. Please use your shipping address instead of your billing address in the credit card payment section. This will help us to ensure successful delivery.

When should I expect my deal card(s)?

Physical deal cards are mailed out once a week, with all attempts to be shipped by Wednesday afternoon. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for delivery from the date of shipment confirmation. If you do not receive your deal cards in the allotted time, please contact digital@wlfi.com.

What happens if I accidentally ordered the wrong thing?

Per our terms and conditions on the storefront, all sales are final. Please double-check your cart before submitting your order.

Do my deal cards expire?

Yes. WLFI deal cards expire one year from the deal launch date. The expiration date is noted on the deal card.

What happens to my unused deal card if a business closes?

We will refund any unused deal cards returned to us at 2605 Yeager Road, West Lafayette, Indiana 47906, so long as they have been purchased within 6 months of the date of request.

Can I use more than one deal card at a time?

Each deal has restrictions listed on the website, but most places are limited to one deal card per check or per table. Always check your restrictions. Never valid on gratuities.

When will different deal cards be available?

Our team is always working hard to bring you new deals. Check the WLFI Deals shop every week to see the latest deals. You can also subscribe to the WLFI Promotions Email Newsletter to get the latest deal information delivered straight to your inbox!

How long will these deals be available? Are they on sale for a limited time?

After posting on the WLFI Deals page on WLFI.com, deal cards will remain on sale up to 8 months or until they are sold out.
